Megan Walker

Megan Walker obtained her bachelor’s degree in history from California State University: Northridge, graduating magna cum laude, and later completed San Diego State University’s Paralegal certificate program.

Megan’s work primarily focuses on assisting in the creation and structuring of new business entities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. In addition to drafting corporate documents, such as operating agreements, and partnership agreements her role also extends to supporting litigation efforts by preparing documentation, organizing case files, and conducting research to bolster clients' positions. Outside of work, Megan likes to read, crochet, go for runs, and spend time with family and friends.
