Jeffrey M. Simon
Bio
Jeffrey M. Simon focuses his practice on litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on complex and cross-border disputes.
Having lived, studied, and worked in both the United States and China, Mr. Simon brings an international perspective to his practice and a practical understanding of the business environments in the U.S. and Asia.
Mr. Simon’s background also includes study in law, business, environmental policy, and computer coding. He draws on that multidisciplinary training, together with a broad range of professional experience, to understand the larger commercial and strategic considerations that often shape legal disputes.
Mr. Simon has worked in government, tourism, marketing, media, education, English-Chinese translation, and cannabis compliance. His experience across different fields gives him a practical perspective on how businesses and institutions operate and helps him approach legal problems from different perspectives.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Simon is an avid chess player and enjoys exploring the evolving relationship between law and technology.
